Join us in developing a landmark Global Search and Rescue (SAR) Training System, a major international e-learning initiative aligned with the IAMSAR Manual and built to strengthen lifesaving capability worldwide.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to work alongside our team as we deliver one of the most significant global training efforts in maritime SAR. In this role, you’ll help expand access to high-quality, standardised training, with a special focus on supporting low-resource regions. If you’re passionate about impact, collaboration, and saving lives through better global training, we’d love to hear from you.

We are offering this role on a 3 day per week basis, with flexibility to agree how those hours are arranged to suit both you and the organisation. It is 2.5 year fixed term and the location is remote.
